If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and current.

We impose rate limits on API and service usage to ensure fair access for all users. Excessive use may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.

We aggregate data from third-party sources and do not independently verify all information. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or results. Data may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. You should independently verify critical information before acting on it.

If you submit content or queries (including usernames, identifiers, or other inputs), you retain ownership of that content. You grant swatted.wtf a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the legal right and lawful basis to submit any content or third-party data you provide.

You agree not to attempt to compromise the security of the Service, including by exploiting vulnerabilities, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with infrastructure. If you discover a security issue, report it responsibly to our support contacts.

We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including warnings, access restrictions, account suspension, or termination. We may also report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

swatted.wtf is not liable for any criminal or unlawful activity by users, or any outcomes arising from such activity. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless swatted.wtf, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. Review it at swatted.wtf/privacy.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, and to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States (State of Delaware), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, unless prohibited by law. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory legal protections, those protections may still apply.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material updates will be posted on this page and may be communicated by email or in-service notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
